Does anyone know any latest news regarding HMS Plymouth (F126)?

Preserved and one year off celebrating her 40th year of her launch. This vessel is the only 'Type12 Rothesay Cl' Royal Navy ship afloat in the world. A Falklands Veteran from the 1982 conflict , she is languishing at Vittoria Docks in Birkenhead after the 'Historic Warships' went defunct two years ago. She took the surrender of the Argentine Forces in South Georgia. Plans to tow her to her City Namesake is stalling.
