Is Joel Olsteen a deciever?

i have listened to him a few times and find he is more like a motivational speaker,but rarely speaks of JesusChrist.Is his church built upon tickling the ears of his listeners?.I know alot of what he says fired me up for prosperity ,but a red flag began to wave in my conscious and was wondering if other believers have felt the same akwardness?
