What is the most unrealistic sci-fi/armeggedon film ending (Don't look if you mind film spoilers!!)?

I personally think when Jeff Goldblum's character interfaces with the "mother ship" in Independence Day is so far from possible, it ruins the movie (uming you think giant alien spaceships could show up)
