The end of the world?

People have been predicting the end of the world for thousands of years, yet each and every "doomsday" has ped without anything happening. This current lot are cloaking their predictions in pseudoscientific claptrap, but anyone taking a hard skeptical look at the "evidence" finds it completely lacking in any real threat. Don't believe everything you read or hear, particularly if it comes from YouTube or the History Channel.
