History Questions?

Cortez had horses & guns, and were able to conquer the Aztecs very rapidly. Part of it is related to the idea that the Aztecs deemed Cortez & his fleet as "the Gods" while they were very much the opposite. The entire continent of North and South America was impacted, as European colonization soon began.
