Where should I study abroad and why?

I don't know where to go?! ahh! I either want to go to Spain/Mexico, Italy , France or the Czech Republic! I know Spanish pretty well, am taking cles in French and then speak Czech alright because my gf speaks it and don't really know Italian. I don't know what to do!
