Whats the best way to lose weight?

well at first you had to adjust your diet first in order for you to become leaner since nutrition comes first in having a great body.. next is you have to exercise meaning you have to had a good weight training program along with supplementary cardiovascular exercises.. for me there is really no instant weight loss unless you lost a lot of water and muscle tissue which we don't like.. another one reasonable goal for having a great body is to build more strength and muscle first because that way it is easier to trim down since muscle tissue is also responsible for your metabolism since muscle burns more calories at rest.. now i ume that you are already muscular with a bit high bodyfat so you had to focus on your nutrition more so you can lose the most bodyfat possible in the fastest amount of time realistically..
