What is the shortest time frame I can get a certificate of no impediment in?

I am travelling to Colombia in 3 weeks and was hoping to get a certificate as soon as possible. Has anybody done something similar? I am aware that i need to get it authorised in Milton Keynes as I was born outside the UK but am a British citizen.
