Walking pneumonia....?

i was first diagnosed with bronchitis monday. Wednesday i went to a "different doctor" and said i had walking pneumonia kept me on all the medicine i was on but added a liquid something... to help me cough up that crap in my lungs. well now its friday i still cant cough it up i still feel like crap.. should i call doctor or something.. thanks??
