Is something wrrong with my email settings? Or is it Yahoo-wide?

Lately, emails that should go into my regular Inbox wind up in my Bulk folder, and emails that I send take more than two days to reach their destination (if they ever get there). I've also heard of other Yahoo email users experiencing this problem, and today, I received a notice from the moderator of a Yahoo group to which I belong, saying that some posts I've sent to the group end up in the group's spam folder. The moderator suggested that I "check my settings", which I've never had to to with my Yahoo email before (I've had this email address for ten years at least). Is anyone else experiencing the same problem I and some of my friends are?
