Actually, if you want the braids on the side instead, it's better if the hair is alot shorter than it is in that picture. Well on that one side anyways. So not sure how that would work. But yeah pretty much just braid it in small braids going from front to back or top of ear upwards, etc.. Self explanatory really. Google lots of braided images for inspiration. Also, youtube tutorials may come into good use.
