You've gotta go up and introduce yourself. You dont have to talk to her everyday but maybe like next time there is a partner project ask her if she wants to be your partner. If she is shy you are deffinately going to have to make the first move. You are going to have to put in the initiative to talk to her. if you wanna go out with her your going to have to make her comfortable around you.
