City Of Heroes: Good vs. Evil Edition, no upgrade code in box?

I bought the game at Gamestop yesterday for $19.99. It came with a trial code, and apparently there is NO upgrade code in the box. I looked everywhere, the map, under the disc, the brochure of NCSoft's other games, the quick-start guide; no where to be found. If anyone could be helpful WHATSOEVER, I would gladly appreciate it.
